wholesale discounts are
available on all Track
'n Trade products.

taken off the suggested
retail price.)

of 25-49 of each

You purchase and

VAR Requirements:

You must pre-order and

for processing and
shipping all orders
for you customers.

for providing Gecko

ensure proper

registration, which

How do I receive my
commissions?

As a VAR,
you pay the
discounted rate for
your inventory at
the time of purchase;
then, when you sell
the product, you
charge the full
value to your
customer.

If you purchase
five copies of
Track 'n Trade
Pro you would
pay $137.90 per
copy with your
30%
discount. You
then sell the
product at the
retail price of
$197.00, your
profit or
"commission"
would then be
$59.10 per copy.

Are there any
price requirements that I
must sell
products for?

It is recommended
that you sell the
software for the
manufacturers
suggested retail
price, but with the
VAR program, our
intentions are that
you "bundle" the
software with one of
your own products or
services, therefore
eliminating a
"retail" price war;
thus the term "Value
Added" Reseller.
What if I have an order
for an item I don't have
in stock?

Option 1: You
can choose to have
Gecko Software
drop-ship this item
to your customer,
but your commission
would then fall under the
20% Affiliate Commission
structure for the
product that was
drop-shipped.

Option 2: You
can place a VAR
order for a minimum
of quantity five for
that product
ordered.
As a VAR, how do
commission on Data
Subscription Services
work?
-
Data is handled
under the "Affiliate
Program Rules," and
is not a VAR
discountable
service.

There are no
discounts available
to end user clients
for data services,
therefore it is a
requirement that all
VAR's sell the data
service for full
retail value as
priced on Gecko
Software's own
website.

Gecko Software
offers a flat 20%
commission to VAR's
on all "initial"
data sales.

Example 1:
A VAR client
purchases an
annual data
subscription
service for $199
directly from
Gecko Software,
the VAR would
then receive a
20% commission
of the entire
annual data
subscription
amount. (In this
example, that
would be $39.80
ea.)

Example 2:
A client
purchases a
monthly data
subscription
service for
$19.95, the VAR
would receive a
20% commission
of the "initial"
order of $19.9-+5.
(In this
example, that
would be $3.99)
No further
commissions
follow. (This
encourages VAR's
to
bundle/promote
the annual data
subscription
services.)
